Cruise: 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. EDT

   The dedication and constant effort that it takes to excel as a pre-hospital caregiver is often frequently overlooked. As a token of appreciation for hard work, community service, and your impact on patient care, you are cordially invited to take a cruise on the Belle of Louisville.

   The cruise is sponsored by Air Methods Kentucky, STATCARE's new owner and operator, and will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008. This date was chosen in honor of EMS Week. The cruise will depart at 7:30 p.m. EDT and boarding will begin at 7:00 p.m. We would like you to help us Pack the Boat to its capacity of 650! This is a first-come, first-served event, so please come early. In the past, we have never reached capacity.

   This is a free event to our EMS community that includes a cruise down the Ohio River, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and music. The non-alcoholic beverages, pizza, and snacks will be provided to you free as a token of our appreciation. There will be a cash bar. This is an adult oriented cruise, so please no children. In order to show our appreciation to the greatest number of EMS personnel, please give this invitation the widest distribution. Please download and print a flyer and sign-up sheet (in PDF format). You may fax the sign-up sheet back to STATCARE at (502) 479-9151 at your convenience. Although this is a first come first served event, you will be getting a call or fax from an Air Methods Kentucky crew member by May 7 as a reminder to return your sign up sheet to get an estimate of the number of people attending from your service.

   Once again, Air Methods Kentucky appreciates and supports your efforts throughout the year. This cruise is just one small way to express that gratitude.
