Our Staff 

STATCARE's Air Communications Staff are familiar with the geographical area and all of the resources available in the region.

For enhanced safety and service, our Regional Communications Center is located in our Louisville base and staffed by our own employees who work closely with our medical crews.

Besides getting the aircraft on its way to your location, the ACS staff will be the liaison between you and our flight crew.

Our Communications Specialists maintain communications with the flight team and monitor their position by satellite, helping to coordinate the patient transport from call-received until the flight crew delivers the patient and returns home.

Our Air Communications Center is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to help all of us experience a safe and successful transport.
