When time is critical, our flight crews can get the patient to Louisville, Lexington, Nashville or Indianapolis quickly and safely.

Our twin-engine helicopters are recognized as some of the fastest and safest in the air medical industry. An isolated cockpit and a state-of-the-art navigation system provide optimum safety.

Our large patient care areas are designed for two patients and allow full-body access. The patient care area is equipped with the most advanced medical technology currently available for pre-hospital or inter-hospital air transport and includes a ventilator, invasive monitoring devices, IV pumps, pulse oximetry, and a full array of special equipment for life-saving procedures. When needed we can include an intra-aortic balloon pump or isolette.

STATCARE has never had an accident. In 1999 we were presented with a national award for completing 10,000 hours of consecutive accident free missions.
